Mr. Ayo Akinleye

Chief Executive OfficerThe governance and hierarchical structure of the Company is headed by the Chief Executive Officer and who also doubles as the Company’s Finance Director.Mr. Ayo Akinleye holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Ado Ekiti,Nigeria-2003, a Master’s
Degree Information Technology Project Management with International Business,UCE, UK. 2006 and also a Master’s Degree in
Petroleum Economics, EKSU 2013.He is a Professional member of the Chartered Institute of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, ACCA, (UK).He had previously worked with Northern and Southern Oil and Gas Limited as an Accountant and as a Regional Sales Representative and Vicalb Logistics Services Limited as a Business Development Manager gaining cognate experiences in marketing, logistics, business development, operations and supply chain management. He has attended various advanced strategy courses both locally and abroad.
